Mexico and California are taking bold steps to advance their new energy economy – and that has created opportunities for them to work together in unprecedented ways.

California, Mexico and Canada have had a serious of summit negotiations that have resulted in agreements to forge common efforts to pursue clean energy and address climate change. It includes capital investment efforts, technological transfer, share research and more. Underlying it all is a vision for a profoundly differing energy collaboration not limited by national borders. What has been accomplished, what is envisioned for the future and what does it all presage for the future of energy both within America and globally?
